Tom is a Washington-born attorney who focuses his practice on representing injured persons as they pursue a settlement with an insurance company or, if those efforts fail, as they litigate a recovery for their injuries in Washington courts. He also has extensive experience representing plaintiffs against various government entities, including state, sub-state, and federal agencies. These matters include personal injury, car accidents such as rear-end collisions, wrongful death, slip and fall injuries, dog bites, bicycle-vehicle collisions, and pedestrian-vehicle collisions. Additionally, Tom has experience representing consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, which applies when a business unfairly or deceitfully harms a consumer.
Tom’s first priority is to provide the best results to his clients, but he also recognizes that client service is a vitally important aspect of the attorney-client relationship. Accordingly, Tom uses a service-oriented approach, in which he addresses each client’s unique needs. He never hesitates to take a client’s call, always answers a client’s question with patience and compassion, and does his best to ease the stress of every legal dispute. Tom recognizes, in short, that it’s not just about providing the best result at the end of the case – a good lawyer also makes the client happy from start to finish.
